We target development capital and growth buyouts with a typical LMS investment of between £5m and £10m initially. However, our capital structure means we can increase that investment over time to fund organic growth or acquisitions. We are specialists in Energy services, Applied technology, Media & consumer and Healthcare & medical, however, we retain the freedom to invest outside our core sectors, enabling us to take advantage of opportunities when they arise. With a small, decisive team and short lines of communication we are able to respond quickly to opportunities as they present themselves.
