LMS Capital plc is an international investment company and is listed on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.

In June 2006, following the demerger of the investment division of London Merchant Securities plc, the Company listed its ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market under the name Leo Capital plc. The Company's name was subsequently changed to LMS Capital plc on 13 March 2007. On 30 June 2009, the Company then moved the listing of its ordinary shares to the Official List and the Main Market.

The Company aims to achieve medium to long-term growth through investment and active management, and targets investments in sectors where management has prior experience.
