The Board of LMS Capital plc is committed to maintaining high standards of corporate governance and business ethics. As an AIM-quoted company, LMS Capital is not required to comply with the Combined Code on Corporate Governance issued by the Financial Reporting Council (‘the Code’). However, given the high degree of importance the Board places on good governance, the Company has stated its intention to comply with the Code so far as reasonably practicable.
