Mark Sebba

Non-executive Director

Mr. Sebba is an independent Non-executive Director of the Company, having been appointed to the Board on 28 September 2010. Since 2003, he has been Chief Executive Officer of Net-a-Porter.com, the pre-eminent luxury women’s global fashion internet magazine and retailer. Between 2003 and 2008, he held the post of Non-executive Chairman of the Adjutant General’s Audit Committee. Prior to joining Net-a-Porter, he was finance director of Video Networks Limited and of Golden Rose Communications Plc. He has also worked in investment banking and is a qualified chartered accountant.
