Yes To’s initial product line Yes To Carrots is a new concept in skin and hair care combining the anti-oxidant power of beta carotene from orange organic fruits and vegetables and the purifying and moisturising properties of 26 Dead Sea minerals. The company recently launched two extensions to the range with similar properties; Yes To Tomatoes, for oily/combination skin and Yes To Cucumbers, for normal to sensitive skin.
Yes To has seen strong growth in customer demand for its products in the US, where they are now available in more than 8,500 stores. This includes distribution agreements with national chains such as Walgreens, Target, Safeway, and Duane Read. The company has also seen significant expansion in its international business in the last year, with products now available in 15 countries across Europe and Asia, as well as in Canada and Australia.
This is a direct investment by San Francisco Equity Partners, a US fund formed in partnership with LMS Capital plc. SFEP led a $14 million financing of the company in June 2008. This was in partnership with Simon Equity Partners, the private investment arm of the Simon family, founders of Simon Property Group. |
